Access Data and Hosting

All data collected through this website or via forms in our online shop is processed on the provider’s servers. Data is processed on other servers only in the scope outlined here. This service provider is located in a country outside the European Union that has been recognized by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of data protection. Specifically, this applies to: WIX.com AG, based in Tel Aviv, and 1&1 Internet, based in Montabaur.

Data Collection and Use for Contract Processing

We collect personal data when you share it with us as part of your order or when contacting us (e.g., via a contact form or email). Required fields are marked as such since we need the information to process your order or respond to your inquiry. Without this data, we cannot complete the order or respond to your inquiry. The specific data collected can be seen on the respective input forms. We use this data in line with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of the GDPR to process your contract and respond to your requests. Once the contract has been fully processed, your data is restricted from further use and deleted upon expiration of any tax or commercial retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or if we reserve the right to use your data in a legally permitted manner.

 

Data Disclosure

For the purpose of fulfilling the contract as per Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of the GDPR, we share your data with the delivery service responsible for shipping your ordered goods as necessary. Depending on the payment service provider you select during the order process, we forward the payment data collected for this purpose to the bank handling the payment and, if applicable, any payment service providers commissioned by us or the selected payment service. Sometimes, these payment service providers collect the data themselves if you create an account with them. In this case, you will need to log in to the payment provider with your access data during the order process. The privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies in this case, such as PayPal, VISA, Amazon Pay, and similar providers.

 

Email Newsletter and Postal Advertising

Email Advertising with Newsletter Subscription: When you subscribe to our newsletter, we use the data required or provided separately by you to send you our newsletter on a regular basis based on your consent per Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a of the GDPR. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by contacting us through the options listed below or via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. Upon unsubscribing, we delete your email address unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or if we reserve the right to use it in a legally permissible manner as stated in this policy.

Email Advertising Without Newsletter Subscription and Right to Object: If we receive your email address in connection with a product or service sale and you have not objected, we reserve the right to send you offers for similar products from our selection via email under Section 7 para. 3 of the German UWG (Act Against Unfair Competition). You can opt out at any time without incurring any costs beyond basic transmission fees.

Postal Advertising and Right to Object Additionally, we reserve the right to use your name and postal address for our advertising purposes, such as to send you offers and information about our products by postal mail. This serves our legitimate interest in advertising communications according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the GDPR.
